Account Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your Dresan account and associated data using the options below.

Option 1: Delete In The App

Open Dresan, go to Profile, then select Delete Account.

This is the fastest option and immediately deletes the anonymous account currently signed in on your device.

Option 2: Request Deletion By Email

If you prefer to request deletion outside the app, email our support team and include your anonymous account ID.

How To Find Your Account ID

  1. Open the Dresan app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Find Anonymous account ID.
  4. Tap Copy Account ID and paste it into your email request.
