You can request deletion of your Dresan account and associated data using the options below.
Option 1: Delete In The App
Open Dresan, go to Profile, then select Delete Account.
This is the fastest option and immediately deletes the anonymous account currently signed in on your device.
Option 2: Request Deletion By Email
If you prefer to request deletion outside the app, email our support team and include your anonymous account ID.

How To Find Your Account ID
- Open the Dresan app.
- Go to Profile.
- Find Anonymous account ID.
- Tap Copy Account ID and paste it into your email request.
What Gets Deleted
- Anonymous authentication account
- Chat karma, achievements, and usage statistics
- Blocked user list
- Active room state associated with the account
What May Be Retained
- Data we must retain temporarily for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance
- Pseudonymous moderation records or reports retained under our privacy policy
